White wine from th elocal grape variety Karlovo misket, well-known from time immemorial as the pearl of the region. In spite of the reddish skin of the grapes the wine has a typical light yellow colour with a greenish tinge. Grown on local soil, it develops a superb and vigorous bouquet, dominated by accacia, ripe peach, apricot, fresh rose petals and herbs from the Valley of Roses. A consistent wine with a full but refined taste, a light fruity sweetness and a touch of sultanas and dried figs in the sucuulent finish.
